2011 m. gegužės 1-7 d. VGTU Kūrybinių industrijų komanda (lekt. Rasa Levickaitė ir KI-09 studentės Monika Braškutė bei Elinga Noreikaitė) atstovauja lietuviškoms idėjoms bei Coimbros politechnikos institute pristato jungtinį projektą su belgų ir lenkų komandomis “Creative ecologies: creating, developing and sharing sustainable ideas”.

Ištrauka iš projekto pagrindimo:
“Through this project, a household wastewater treatment system, called STEP, has been designed as an example of creative ecology.
By designing a practical technology for a precisely evaluated need, this project aims at presenting creative ecology and how an “ecological” model of thinking could fit many issues that the world, economy and populations face today.
Creativity hardly can be taught, although it can be learned. Happily most of creative industries products are ecological itself but very few ideas are proposed on this issue. STEP is a pioneer attempt. It is a manifestation of how three different countries can successfully create, develop, and share common sustainable ideas”.
